Hello! I am the Program Manager for Career & Transfer Services. I earned my Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Los Angeles Pacific University. Before joining Highline College, I taught General Psychology, Social Psychology, and Lifespan Development at Salt Lake Community College.

I’ve always loved learning and am passionate about sparking that same love in students. While I enjoyed my time teaching, I value the opportunity to connect with students one-on-one to help them explore their academic and career goals. Helping students in identifying and pursuing their purpose is something I am passionate about, as it promotes higher academic success, enhances well-being, and builds resilience. My goal in this role is to give students with the skills and confidence they need to thrive, not just while at Highline College, but as they transfer and move towards meaningful careers.

Though I am still relatively new to Washington, I have enjoyed building my community here. As a native Californian, people often ask how I am handling the Washington weather, and honestly, it’s been a welcome change from the snowy winters of Utah! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy hiking, camping, gardening, visiting art museums, and playing games together.
