Part Time Faculty
Kimberly has over ten years of experience working in the early childhood education field. She has worked for many early learning non-profit organizations, community college early learning centers, Head Start, and ECEAP. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Human Development & Family Sciences with a focus in early childhood development & education, and human services from Oregon State University (OSU). During her time at OSU, Kimberly studied abroad in the Child and Family Studies program in Taipei, Taiwan at Fu Jen Catholic University where she was able to learn the early learning system in Taiwan. She earned her Masters of Arts in Teaching degree from Pacific University of Forest Grove, Oregon focusing in early childhood education and K-8 education. Kimberly has a teaching license in the state of Oregon. Kimberly is currently a doctoral student in the Educational Leadership program at Seattle University where she is currently working on her dissertation. On Kimberly's spare time she likes to attend community Hmong events. She loves helping families learn and become familiarized with the higher education system while advocating for adults and high school graduates to continue their education after their high school experience.
