Marc is the Director of Educational Technology at Highline College. While at Highline he has led the college's growing online learning presence, managed and taught the web design instructional program, and coordinated curriculum redesign projects. He's been the project lead for multiple technology system procurements and adoptions, web site re-designs, and e-learning implementations. He has served in multiple state-wide online learning leadership roles, and is currently co-chair of the Washington State Community and Technical College Education Technology Advisory Group. 

Marc holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations, both from Cornell University.
