I am a beverage and hospitality educator with over 12 years of university teaching experience, specializing in wine, spirits, sensory analysis, and consumer behavior. I hold a Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a Master’s degree in Creative Writing, and I work as a certified instructor for Wine and Spirits Education Trust programs. My professional background spans higher education, hospitality operations, and industry training, with recent work in the Pacific Northwest wine industry. In the classroom, I emphasize experiential learning, cultural context, and critical thinking, helping students connect theory with real-world practice in business and beverage management.
