Kimberly Early is passionate about teaching and bringing quality care to children! Much of my work relates directly to the themes of cultural diversity, curriculum planning, and collaborative communication. I have over 27 years of teaching experience in places such as Seattle Public Schools, the Girl Scouts, Highline College, and First Place School. My educational credentials include CLASS certification (Pre-K), a HighScope Certified trainer, and I have a master’s degree, as well as a teaching certificate with a P-3 endorsement. Before joining Highline College in Fall 2018, my experiences include working as a child care center licensor and volunteering with community groups around issues of environmental justice and social justice. I love spending time with my family, traveling, dancing, and reading! My newest hobby is gardening, I have a 23 year old son, a moody cat named JoJo and I love teaching, no matter the age of the student!
