For over 20 years she has aided in building sustainable and vibrant organizations. Jaime grew three businesses from start-up to established companies through social responsible efforts, effective planning, smart budgeting, responsible growth, and innovative marketing. She also serves as a consultant to numerous nonprofit organizations and for-profit businesses, aiding organizations through forward momentum moments and change-oriented strategic growth. She is passionate about constructing equitable systems; building networks and partnerships; providing youth-driven leadership opportunities; championing diversity and inclusion efforts; and guiding personal and professional growth.
