Hello, my name is Carley and I am a Program Specialist in Career & Transfer Services. Since 2017, I have been a member of the Highline College community. I began my journey at Highline as a Running Start student and continued to take classes at the college before pursuing my interest in writing and storytelling at Washington State University Global Campus.

After graduating with my Bachelors in English from WSU, I returned to Highline to pursue a Multimedia degree. During and after my studies, I worked for the Writing Center as an embedded tutor and filmed events on campus as an Electronic Media Producer.
I enjoy supporting students as they develop their writing skills and hope to encourage them to find their authentic voice and discover where it can lead them.

Outside the realm of work, I enjoy pursuing my creative interests, which include writing, creating short films, photography, music, painting, and sketching. I can also be found being active outdoors in the forms of hiking and playing sports, or spending time with my family, friends, and dog.
