I have been an active instructor here at Highline for nearly 30 years and a certified trainer, with many disciplines and certifications, for 40 years!
I love Highline, teaching health and fitness and meeting all students where they are.
Courses I currently teach include PE118-Yoga, PE146-Pilates, PE186-Total Fitness, PE123-Weight Training, PE135-Zumba, PE130 & 115-Aerobic Walking & Jogging, PE114-Badminton & Pickleball, PE105-Cardio Kickboxing and HS/ABE PE. Phew!
