Joining Highline in 2023, Jesse Chiem is the Director leading the IT Infrastructure & Systems Administration group of ITS. He is also a member of the ITS Leadership Team.

Jesse was born and raised in Vancouver, WA, earning his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at nearby University of Portland. In 2017, after working at the Oregon Health & Science University, he moved to Seattle and joined the University of Washington’s Chemical Engineering department as the Computing & Technology Manager until joining us at Highline. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys traveling, video editing, and teaching coding for all ages. He can also talk endlessly about football, the NBA, slice-of-life shows, and Kirby!
